TRT GP Australia is a service of Westergaard Pty Ltd (ABN 22 663 084 900), operating as part of the Telehealth Australia Group. Our registered address is in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
We provide telehealth consultations with AHPRA-registered General Practitioners for the assessment and management of low testosterone. All consultations are conducted via secure video link. This is a clinical service — not a supplement or wellness program.
All clinical decisions, including diagnosis, treatment plans, and prescriptions, are made by AHPRA-registered GPs exercising independent clinical judgement. Testosterone is a Schedule 4 prescription medicine and is only prescribed where clinically appropriate following proper assessment and blood work.

Our service is available to adult men (18+) residing in Australia. A valid form of identification and Australian contact details are required. Medicare is not required but may reduce pathology costs.
Consultation fees are payable at the time of booking or consultation. Current fees: $99 initial consultation, $39 follow-up. Fees are subject to change. Medication and pathology costs are separate and paid directly to your pharmacy or pathology provider.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee. Contact our team to reschedule.
Your personal and health information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy.
While our GPs provide evidence-based care, individual results from treatment vary. We do not guarantee specific clinical outcomes. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
