After completing the assessment, a member of our team will contact you within 48 hours to discuss next steps and book your video consultation.
If you're an existing patient and need to book a follow-up, request a script renewal, or discuss your treatment, please contact your treating GP directly through the patient portal in Halaxy.
We take all feedback seriously. If you have a concern about your care or experience, please email admin@trtgp.au with the subject line "Feedback" and we will respond within 2 business days.
You can also lodge a complaint with AHPRA or the Office of the Health Ombudsman (QLD).
